Amanda is a long time farm girl from South Jersey who grew up helping to run her family's petting zoo and pony ride business.  While pursuing her bachelor's degree in communication studies, she enhanced her communication skills and animal experience working at the Cape May Zoo and the Cape May Carriage Company.  As she started her own family with her husband, she never lost touch with her farm roots.  Now, she and her family have animals of her own.  Together, Amanda, her husband and their two young boys work to take care of the animals. Bringing animals and people together is her love, but she decided she wanted to give people more than a "petting zoo" experience.  Through Farm Friends LLC, Amanda strives to bring education and awareness at all of her outings.  The result is an outstanding animal adventure that leaves a lasting impression on everyone her program touches.  Amanda, who earned her bachelor's degree from Rowan University, is a certified substitute teacher in the State of New Jersey.
